Need for food & water in Northeast Jackson & Dekalb Counties

13:02 May 9 2011 flatrock alabama

Description
Just got a call in our church office...People located in Northeast Jackson and Dekalb County, AL "Flat Rock" & "Higdon" are in desperate need of assistance. Tese are two very rural areas that have not seen any help at all. They lost 20 people in the storm which is about 5% of their population. They are over 50 miles from the nearest FEMA. They have no food or water and are losing hope.
I'm in Louisiana...can't do anything about this rt now but I know you guys can.
